Returns & Refunds

Given that we are a small business, the occasional flawed product may slip through the cracks. If your product is not right, get in touch via the contact page on the website.

 

We will gladly replace or refund any Frontier Lines product that is subject to faulty manufacturing or workmanship including materials for the warranty period. We do not refund for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please Email us ad admin@frontierlines.com.au and we will provide warehouse address details.
